Where do you ship?
All around the Continental US.
Are the products prices exact?
All the products that are weighable vary in price, so the price you see on the website is an estimate of the final price that we get after weighing the cuts. Unless all items in your cart are non-weighable, the total price will probably slightly vary.
What happens after i place my order?

A member of the Gaucho Squad will receive it, revise it and get in touch with you if any product is out of stock or we need further delivery or shipping instructions.

What if I placed my order for shipping on a Friday?

Any orders received after 2pm Friday will not be processed until Monday.

What if i’m not home at the time of delivery?

Call UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877 and give them your tracking number and reschedule the delivery or have it delivered at another location.

Can I use a PO Box address?

All packages must be signed for in order to be released. Therefore we cannot ship to PO boxes.

What about shipping price?

Shipping price is calculated during checkout and is based on weight, dimensions and destination zip code within continental USA. Shipping price to Alaska and Hawaii will be provided in a per case basis.

What are the shipping times?

Shipping times are from the moment when the order leaves our possession, not when you place the order.

Why isn’t there a 3rd Day shipping option?
Given the perishable nature of some of our products, it is important that they arrive in no more than 48 hours.
When will I receive my order?
We ship Monday-Wednesday every week and ship via UPS Ground or Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air based on your zip code. We ship on Thursdays as needed due to high order volume or holidays. Deliveries are expected to arrive within three days from the time of shipping. You will receive a UPS tracking number from us after the order ships so you will know estimated delivery date. If you ever have special shipping requests, please contact customer service prior to ordering to ensure we are able to accommodate your needs.
