It’s not like every other beef so pay attention to cook it properly!

It can become dry and tough over high heat. Cook grass fed beef using lower gentler temperatures, preferably over indirect heat.

Let your meat rest for 5-10 minutes after removing from heat, this will let the meat be more juicy.

If you pass the searing point, it can dry out grass fed beef. Try searing for 2 minutes per steak side and don’t go higher than 500 F.

For more flavor salt it up 30 minutes in advance.
