Description
As implied by the name, the Tenderloin is an exceptionally tender cut, from the lower back of the beef. Steaks cut from the same area are served as Filet Mignon.
Our tenderloin comes from the heart of the Pampean plains in La Pampa, Argentina. This area is considered as the best for raising and feeding cattle, because of its weather and pastures.
