Your Order:
GauchoRanch.com allows customers to place orders online any time the mood strikes. If you would like to place your order with a friendly human being, please call us or leave a message at 305.751.0775 and we will get back to you to help you fulfill your order.

For payment GauchoRanch.com accepts the following credit cards: Master card, Visa, American Express, Discover. Cash, check, money order or C.O.D. are not accepted.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

The online prices do not reflect the cost of shipping unless specified.

Beef handling:
In the tradition of the Gauchos we hand-cut all beef products. This may cause our products to weight slightly more or less than your original order. By placing an order with GauchoRanch.com you fully acknowledge and understand this is part of the challenge of offering minimally processed natural and grass-fed products.

Our Packaging:
Perishable products are shipped into Styrofoam boxes and then placed inside recycled cardboard boxes. We will place gel packs inside the Styrofoam to ensure that the product remains chilled for about 72 hours (3 days). If only some of your items are perishable, we may ship in separate boxes.


Orders over $350 for air or ground shipping will earn you a gift card which will be in the amount of your shipping cost. This gift card can be used for 3 months after your purchase but will expire after. This does not include local deliveries or pick-up.

GauchoRanch.com may take between 24 and 48 hours to process your order. High volume seasons will be more like 48 hours. Make sure you keep this in mind when planning your grilling event. (Shipping times are from the moment when the order leaves our possession, not when you place the order.)

Your order deserves great attention. Our last visit of the day from our friends at UPS is at 6pm. Therefore, any orders received after 2 pm will be accepted the following day Monday to Thursday.

Oops, it is Friday and your impromptu gathering for Saturday night requires products only we can provide… Please call us to confirm Saturday delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Any orders received after 2pm Friday will not be processed until Monday.

There can be no deliveries on the following day or the day immediately following these days: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Given the perishable nature of some of our products, it is important that they arrive in no more than 48 hours. Make sure that you choose delivery in 48 hours or less if your products are perishable. Any order that contains even one perishable item will be shipped as a perishable package.

Shipping price is calculated during checkout and is based on weight, dimensions and destination zip code within continental USA. Shipping price to Alaska and Hawaii will be provided in a per case basis.

International Shipments:
We don’t ship products internationally at the moment, sorry!

Package Arrival:
All packages must be signed for in order to be released. Therefore we cannot ship to PO boxes. After all don’t you want to be there to welcome your fine grass fed beef package?

But really, who is ever at home? No one was home to receive the package? Doorman slipped out at the very minute UPS arrived? Call UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877 and give your tracking number to the rep to reschedule delivery or have it delivered at work.

All of our boxes are clearly marked PERISHABLE on the outside, they must be refrigerated as soon as possible after delivery. If you do not take good care of your package we cannot take responsibility for a spoiled product. Make sure you have arrangements for the items to be cared properly. Please open and refrigerate goods that are perishable since we cannot be responsible for unopened orders.

Wrong delivery address:
Reply to your confirmation order or email us at esales@gauchoranch.com and we will apply the correct address to the order. Please note: If the order has already been shipped by the time you realized you’ve provided us with the wrong address, things may get a bit more difficult. You can still email us and we will try to have UPS update your delivery address. We’ll do our best to help your order arrive at the correct address, but please understand we will not assume responsibility for any loss due to an incorrect address.

You Fresh Thing:
GauchoRanch.com provides natural products to the customer at home. Please inspect your delicate package upon its eagerly awaited arrival. It is of the up-most importance that it arrives to you as we meant for it to be. We are dedicated to delivering you products safely and efficiently.

Returns and Exchanges:

All products are guaranteed to arrive fresh in our hi tech packaging.
Check out your items immediately, you must let us know within 24 hours if anything went wrong and keep all unsatisfactory items as they are, if they are discarded or partially consumed, credit may not be issued.
For a full refund client must contact us within 24hs of reception of products and if they are “dry goods” the must be kept in original condition and in original packaging as well accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.
For assistance contact our customer care department by email at esales@gauchoranch.com. All items are inspected upon receipt prior to issuance of any refund, exchange or credit. Merchandise that does not match product data in our records will be returned/refused.

When the claim is received and accepted you will be issued a credit. Please be aware this may take 3-5 business days.
