Gaucho Ranch Sausages "Chorizos"

A.k.a "chorizos". These delicacies are to die for, they are Argentinean style sausages served with chimichurri sauce. It is not an "asado" without serving delicious chorizos as an appetizer. 

Made with pork shoulder you can also serve them as the world famous "Choripan" that is a sandwich with French crunchy baguette bread and the sausage "butterfly" cut with chimichurri.
